Unfortunately we are disappointed as every time we have used the pods they have left a residue on the glass and cutlery. Also, they arrived with many pods crushed and the contents spilled out into the bag.

The product itself is fantastic! I love how clean the dishes get and the fact I don't need to worry about added chemicals! The only issue I had was half of them burst during shipping so I'll be tablespoon scooping the granules for a bit.

I am so happy to have finally found a natural dishwasher detergent. That does a fantastic job. It cleans just as well as toxic cascade. I ordered the pods and they dissolve completely, unlike others I’ve tried. I highly recommend this dishwasher detergent!

I like the idea its chemical free. It mostly does a good job. It didn't completely remove some of the film from glasses.
