I received what had looked like returned productSo I sent pictures and contacted the actual seller. They immediately fixed the problem and were absolutely wonderful to work with and the quality of the cups is absolutely perfect. I have a two-year-old that uses them. He is a wild two-year-old and he did not break any of them yet.

Everything is good straw was long and I cut it the only cons is it breakable

Not suitable for toddlers or kids who might drop
Cute, colorful, and nice alternative to plastic bottles. Will shatter immediately though when dropped, my mistake for thinking it would be okay to give to my toddler. The silicone sleeve did not offer any protection, but it did hold all the glass together for an easier cleanup of the broken glass.
