Good stuff if you like the flavor of currant.
I have used Rescue Remedy pastilles intermittently over several decades. I like them and this particular flavor is right in my flavor palate. They work nicely when you have had a rough time, like just feeling overwhelmed with the day and need a touch of something to take the edge off. I have used them to help me go to sleep by taking them in the evening with a cup of chamomile tea and off to beddy bye I go. If you are someone who feels a bit anxious or overwhelmed at times, this is a good item to have on hand. Having it in this form is nice. It looks like a candy and no one is the wiser if you take one.

A Pastille Made With Natural Ingredients Can Help You Relax And Fall Asleep
Rescue Bach Sleep Pastilles, Black Currant Flavor, can help you relax and fall asleep when eating a pastille made from natural ingredients. The lozenges have a unique texture as it is neither a hard candy, gummy, or chew. It has a tough texture that feels like a dried out gumdrop. The instructions state to “consume 1 pastille & completely dissolve before sleep." Thankfully the black currant flavor is pleasant so it makes it easier to just let the piece dissolve. When I attempted to bite and chew the pastille, it sadly stuck to my teeth. I feel that this lozenge had a calming effect on me. I got a good night of sleep and awake without feeling groggy or tired. The active ingredients are cherry plum, clematis, impatiens, rock rose, star of Bethlehem, and white chestnut. The pastilles are also made with beeswax, black carrot extract, black currant (as flavor), citric acid, elder extract, gum arabic, isomalt, maltitol, red cabbage extract, sorbitol, sustainable palm kernel oil, and xylitol. There is a sweet aftertaste which I was not a fan of. The meal tin holding the pastilles is designed to protect it from accidently popping open. You need to press down on the lid to open and squeeze the sides to close it. It is Made in Switzerland. The product that I received has a best by date of 17 months from the date that I received it. Overall, it is a natural way to relax and leads to a restful night of sleep. I just wish that it did not have a noticeable artificial sugar aftertaste.
