Works good. But takes almost 2 hours to thaw .but I am ok with it.As it is still better than defrosting the meat in microwave.I like the little sealers for my bag of chips ,cakes etc. Its a good purchase overall.I wish it was a little bigger in size though to thaw more meat on it.

I love this product. I hate using the microwave because of fear that the radiation may cause cancer. Using this new kitchen tool allows me to defrost dinner right before I cook it without the need for the microwave oven. Cannot believe I lived this long without having this product.

Only works if meat or whatever you're thawing is flat. Didn't find it to be any faster than placing in cold water. In fact chicken thaws faster on counter or in cold water

I love this product! As a busy Mom my mornings get hectic fast and I always forget to take out the meat for dinner, being able to defrost the meat fast is amazing! It defrosts in about 45 minutes to an hour and is easy cleanup no mess at all. Easy to store and lightweight. I definitley reccomend this product!

Wow it actually works pretty good especially on steaks as far as a roll of hamburger you have to turn it from time to time to thaw faster

Does not defrost any quicker that setting it on the counter.

What a great item to have!! I put a few burgers on it and was grilling them up in under an hour.I highly recommend it.

Does not thaw as rapidly as expected, but still acceptable... the price was very good.
