I won't get into anything specific because I used one and it didn't work. I then noticed that I have ginseng 600mg with Balboa from Amazon as a vitamin supplement already and I got 120 of those tablets, sold as mental performance, not erection.So I have to say they didn't change my energy level at all or complete the desired effect and only 4 tablets is extremely expensive for a herbal supplement that didn't work for me but equally I haven't noticed any side effects.

This brand to me is one of the active ones.
I've been surprised to find that indeed most (but not all) of the "herbal" tablets for men perform a lot like the over the counter medicines you can get from hight street pharmacies now in the UK.This brand to me is one of the active ones. There is the typical 30-40 minute delay - but once it kicks in it rises to a peak at an hour and stays active for 4-5 hours (and sometimes more).It has the typical facial flushing - but not much else in the way of side effects on me.The capsules are big - but have no taste if you swa.llowthem down whole.Value - there are cheaper competitors with prices <£2.00 a dose; but you tend to have to buy in bulk. This is just a 4x dose pack, which might be a good way of "trying it out" for you.Packing is good - the shelf life is >1 year, each dose is blister wrapped as you get with ibuprofen.Delivery is discrete and rapid - the pack came the next day after ordering which is great service by Amazon UK.

Working as expected, no issues. But I like to separate the two halves and just take the powder raw in partial doses because otherwise I get bad heart burn. Small doeses are fine however

KAMANTRA GOLD should be taken approximately 30 minutes before required and ideally on an empty stomach with plenty of water. Do not use more than 1 per day. Ginseng Complex is absorbed by the mucous membrane of the stomach. Therefore it is advisable to use it on an empty stomach or after a light meal.
