Heat Distribution works well
Love to use this to deep fry foods without having the oil spill out. Also like stir frying and the ability to evenly cook the food. It is a bit heavy but it gives me the sense that the material is good.

Professional Wok Well Made
This wok is very very good. We have made all sorts of dishes on it. Large enough to make fried rice or stir fry and flip it around while cooking. I can see it lasting a long time.
