The bag is excellent quality and so many compartments in which you can organize all the things neatly. It is very helpful to have so many compartments, as it is a carry on bag.Also another great benefit is the removable wheels, it helps in airlines which have really strict policy’s where you can convert this pull able carry on bag into a backpack and carry it easily.All in all it’s very comfortable, convenient and total value for money.❤️❤️

Have you ever wanted a backpack on wheels, but thought you would look dumb? Well this one will not make you look dumb. It is a great looking backpack and when you get tired of toting it around, just put it on the ground and roll it. It has great storage capacity and has a spot for your laptop and a spot for a tablet as well. The really cool part is it has these straps inside that buckle to only allow the bag to open so far when your laptop is in the bag, which prevents your laptop from falling out and getting damaged. They can be unclipped if you don’t want them or if you’re not carrying a computer. The zippers are top notch and very easy to zip. I feel like the wheels are high quality and will last forever. Very nice bag. Highly recommend

This bag is nice and durable. Great wheels that even roll over carpet pretty easily. Very roomy and can fit a lot of stuff. Shoulder straps are "ok" and I do think it'll hold up but wish it was a little more padded. The handle is also "ok" but sturdy enough for most tasks. The real issue is the size. I believe it was advertised as "under the seat" but to be honest with you, I do not think this would classify as "under the seat". I have 2 "under the seat" luggage bags in which my daughter's bag is much bigger than mine and it barely fits under the seat of airlines such as Delta, JetBlue, southwest. Some times, if she stuffs her bag, she would have to put her feet on top the bag (failing the requirement of "fully under the seat"). This bag is much bigger than her bag and I would say the chances of finding an airline that this bag will fit under the seat, is slim to none. Unless the bag was completely empty (which is pointless), I probably would not be able to fit it under the seat. This bag I would say, is in between the typical under the seat bag and my carry on luggage that'll fit in the overhead compartment. If the failed "under the seat" claim doesn't bother you, I would say this is a solid "in between" luggage bag.

Really great quality, very sturdy with lots of space and pockets. Strong straps and handle which extends high enough for even a tall person such as myself. Love the fact that it comes with extra wheels. In case one gets damaged& I can see this backpack lasting a long time. Made well, and rolls easily. Perfect for travel, work or school. Great purchase, I have products from this brand before and would definitely buy again.

Originally bought the black version of this bag in July of last year. Loved the make and the quality of the bag from the beginning. Decided to buy the gray version for my wife cause she liked mine. Upon checking the bag after it arrived, it was missing an inside pocket to hold the external battery. Reordered the same item thinking that it was a deflect, but when it arrived, the same thing, no inside pocket. I rechecked the description thinking that I was wrong, but the description showed the same.UPDATE: Their customer service is quick and efficient. They understood the situation are sending me a new one without question. 5 stars are a good sturdy product and for their customer service response time!!

This bag is going to be nice when going on day trips so the weight of a bag isn't on my shoulders but it's easy for my carry around. The wheels are a little lacking with how well they roll depending on the ground they're moving along. Nice and roomy inside and I can still wear it like a regular bag if I want to as well. Once I do my first big trip with it if things change I'll come back and update this.

I like it so far. It handled a motorcycle ride without the zippers separating and it is comfortable.
