I highly recommend comparing ON the adidas website. Example: I know that I wear a 6.5 in Nike. Look at the cm for a brand you know that fits and then purchase size based on cm. Apparently a Nike 6.5 is a 6 in adidas. By the time I received them, my size was sold out and then by some miracle adidas had these on their website on sale and with additional 30% off I scored much cheaper. Worked out. Now for the shoes themselves. They are an amazing concept. Very grippy & breathable at the same time BUT they are too low where they shouldn’t be low and too high where they shouldn’t around the ankle. I will HAVE to wear ankle socks to prevent rubbing, which kinda defeats the whole look. For what I paid, I buy them again though. The breathability is unmatched.

Wife bought for trail riding. She normally wears a size 6, and after reading the reviews, bought a 5.5, which is still a tab big, but she can fit heavier socks in them. The sole is grippy, and the toe box is tough. Not the same comfort level as sneakers, but definitely do the trick.

I’m a true 7.5 and these fit great.
