Amazing! Game changer for our 13 year old lab with dementia.
These supplements are amazing! We have a 13 year old, female black lab that was beginning to exhibit dementia like behaviors. She was idly wondering at night, restless and anxious. One of the most troublesome things was that she had "forgotten" how to come back inside via the doggy door. She had no problem "going outside", but once out, she would bark aimlessly, look in the window at us, but could not come back in through the doggy door. We tried bribing her with treats, calling for her, etc, but she just couldn't remember how. We would bring her in via a "human" door and she would immediately run to the doggy door and go outside, bark and cry to come back in. Over and over again.... It was a vicious cycle. I finally had to start closing off the doggy door, to prevent this, but this was a problem for our other dog who was used to being able to come and go as he pleased. At night she would get especially anxious and begin panting and would wake me up to just to pet and reassure her. Leaving the light on helped her a bit (but was not helpful for my sleep). After several weeks of these behaviors getting progressively worse, we took her in to see her vet. They ran numerous tests on her and everything came back wonderful. After a consult with the vet, they confirmed that although physically healthy, she most likely had dementia. They prescribed her xanax and sent us home. I tried giving her the xanax at night (so that I could sleep), but it only helped for a few hours at a time. It helped somewhat with her anxiety, but obviously did nothing to address her forgetting how to use the doggy door and the problems that this was causing for our other senior dog. I really hated the idea of sedating her, but had no other options. On a whim, I posted on a Facebook pets page asking other senior dog owners how they dealt with dementia symptoms in their dogs. Most everyone suggested xanax - that is except for one woman. She suggested "Gray Muzzle Brain's Best Friend". I truly doubted it would help, but felt that the price was reasonable and that I should at least give it a shot. Well...... Within four days she was back to using the doggy door (both ways) and sleeping through the night. She has been on these supplements for about three months now. She still gets an occasional bout of anxiety (which she never used to be before) and about once every couple of weeks she will "forgot" how to come back inside, but then will snap out of it by the next day.I don't know how long this will last, but I am so very grateful for these supplements! Not only is my dog much happier, but so am I.

Wish I had known about this product two years ago!!!
I have a aged, half blind, 21lb Xoloitzquintle (Mexican Hairless) named Quetzalcoatl who has been getting progressively worse symptoms of dementia over the past 2 years. He is a rescue so we have no idea how old he really is. Recently he started peeing on furniture, and I mean standing up on the couch or bed and peeing, peeing in his sleep, peeing on floors, pooping as he walked, bumping into walls & backs of open doors, getting aggressive, waking up several times every night and running around like a lunatic at 2-3am. All the classic symptoms of doggie dementia. He was given Trazadone, an anti anxiety drug and "Senilife", a nutriceutical by my Vet. After almost a month there was very little improvement. I had ordered doggie diapers for him, but didn't know what to do about the rest of the symptoms.....It's now been a week since I switched to giving Quetzal ARK NATURALS Gray Muzzle Brain's Best Friend! chews along with the Trazadone and I'm very, very pleased. We both are sleeping through the night. There has only been one small accident instead of 2-3 a day. He is much nicer to be around and actually affectionate. He is much more aware, not bumping into doors, listening to me, coming when called, and generally being better tempered and behaved than I've seen him in a year. I don't think I'll be needing those doggie diapers for a while. I know this is just delaying the inevitable, but for now, both of our our quality of life is greatly improved. The change in Quetzal is wonderful, I just wish I had known about this product two years ago!!!

HELPING ALL 3 OF MY SENIOR DOGS
It's mainly made of Omega-3 fish oil. I began using this when my oldest dog (15 yrs. old) contracted "doggy Alzheimer's" (CCD), but now I'm giving it to both her and her "pups" (each 13 yrs. old) as well. All 3 dogs seem to be benefiting from its use. Although my oldest dog was too far gone mentally, taking this on a daily basis has helped her to stabilize and even improve somewhat. She "circles" a lot less and has apparently "come back" to being *less* confused. For the other two, her 13 yr. old "pups", they were beginning to show signs of beginning CCD, especially one who was actually having seizures and/or falling over, not in control of her body, but since giving them Brain's Best Friend, they are no longer showing ANY signs of dementia! Hallelujah!! My older dog just gobbles up her "treat", but the other two have to take it together since otherwise they'll take it and spit it out when I'm not looking. However, given together as a "treat", their jealousy of one another encourages them to swallow it happily so the other one doesn't get it. Such are my dogs. LOL I've been giving this to my dogs for several months now and am very satisfied with the results. It won't STOP the CCD, but it definitely appears to slow it *WAY* down.

Dog loves them and seems to help petty well.
I bought these to try after I saw that the Neutricks product was out of stock. I wanted to start my 10-11ish rescue dog in it as soon as I ran out of the Neutricks. I was hoping for no relapse into early signs of doggy dementia. I have used up one of the bags and here is my review:Thankfully my super picky eater loves these. That is always my biggest problem. I only have four stars though because I have seen very slight confusion again in the elevator. And some standing around like he is not sure what he wants or where he wants to go. BUT it is still better than without supplements at all so I will stick with this for now.

Fantastic results!!! Highly recommended!!
We have been giving this to our 12-1/2 year-old Great Dane--yes, 12-1/2 year-old, for about a year. She begin having cognitive issues like confusion and roaming during the night. She also was urinating in her dog bed some nights. Since she has been taking this, she doen't roam and her moments of confusion are very rare. She has only had a few times she has urinated in her bed. Her mind and spirit are great! So glad we tried this and will definitely give it to our other two dogs when and if they need it because they are getting older too. So grateful we found this product because it is wonderful that our "old girl" can enjoy her life.
