NIV, Thinline Bible, Bonded Leather, Black, Red Letter, Comfort Print

This Bible is great quality! It’s slim and travels well, has clear headers to help beginner readers stay on track, and has easy to read type face. I use it from the office to my second job and like that it’s got two bookmarks one red and one black. Would recommend for anyone beginning to start studying the Bible or for a seasoned veteran for travel.

I have really enjoyed this bible. The smaller size is appropriate to take anywhere, while not being too bulky, but also not hard to read. This also has the red letter, which I enjoy and is a must-have. This lays flat and feels good in the hand as a daily on-the-go bible. I recently started a chronological year plan to read the entire bible cover to cover; something I have truly never done. The plan is something I decided on to better educate myself. The NIV version is easy to read and a preferred translation. I would recommend this to seasoned and knowledgeable Christians for its benefits and those who are just starting out to learn what they believe. As I read through this bible, I am excited for the process but find myself eager to look into study bibles more focused on men. Almost like a men’s bible study to apply it to my life as a husband and father.

Great value, light weight, clear prints, and great quality

This NIV Bible, is slim, has lovely silver page edges, and a leather cover. Jesus' words in red, and ribbon page markers, are handy.

This Bible is beautiful and easy to read. It contains the old testament and the new testament, and the words of Jesus are in red. It has two, attached ribbon bookmarks! I like this because I can mark where everyone else is and where I am. I am just beginning to read it, and already finding this to be a superior translation. I don't like the King James version, because he had it rewritten to give him more power, the church less power, and the right to divorce, among the many things that he changed in the Bible. The more than a hundred experts, ministers, and scholars who went to Israel, to re-translate the Bible, have give us an authentic gift. I recommend this Bible for those who really want to follow God's authentic word.

I purchased three of these as travel Bibles and really wanted them to work. The size and format are great for portability. However, the binding and bonded leather cover didn’t feel like they would hold up over time. They felt lightweight to the point of being fragile, especially for something that would be used regularly and transported often. Because of that, I ended up returning all three. If you’re looking for something very lightweight for occasional use, this may be fine. For frequent use or travel, I would look for a more durable binding and cover.

Regardless of the quality of this Bible, God's Word is the living Word, but if we are speaking purely of quality, this is an outstanding Bible. It honours the Word of God perfectly with its high-quality bonded leather and the red text specifying the Messiah's words which were once spoken. I couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship of this Bible, and I highly recommend purchasing.
