Very flimsy. Not worth for significant pain. Belladona plaster is better.

Excellent product for pain relief
Amazingly effective patch for pain. I have persistent neck pain and I tried this patch. It started working within 5 mins and it gave me relief all day. It stayed on perfectly as well. Highly recommended.
