Hello, one of the recipes:Wrap honey and pollen. To tablespoons of honey in turn add and mix: one tablespoon of pollen, one chicken egg yolk, two tablespoons flour starch, 4-5 drops of tincture of propolis. After thorough mixing applied to the gauze, apply on face and leave for 15-20 minutes. Wrap a warm wash and rinse with cool water.

Hello, I dissolved mine in 75% proof alcohol as per a recipe I found and mine is a very bright yellow orange that stains like you wouldn't imagine! It is very good for healing though, I've used mine loads. Hope that helps.
