This powdered milk product is absolutely wonderful. I had not previously imagined powdered products could taste this good. Very rich, hinting at cream texture. If you want it to taste like *just milk, cut back on the suggested proportion (i.e. use less powder). Also, a helpful hint, when using it at full strength, it does not combine with water as quickly as any other powdered product I have tried - so be prepared for more time with the mixing than what you may be used to. That, is not a complaint.... just a heads up. This stuff is fabulous. Get some !

Was pleasantly surprised at the taste; creamy, smooth, very close to regular whole milk.

I add this too soups….very tasty and healthy.

This is a brand that I have purchased before, so I know and trust their quality. I bought this to add to homemade bread or to have on hand for other baking recipes. Will purchase again.
