Editted: Following my issue, I was given a full refund by the seller. This act of good will was a very positive experience in professional courtesy. The option was given to receive a replacement, though I opted to purchase an alternative. I can only speak for the one chair that I had, but it broke after 5 months. When it arrived, the assembly process seemed odd with the back being effectively held on by the arms, but it went together and I thought no more of it. After 5 months of use, the low quality plastic that joins the seat and back snapped, leaving the chair back hanging loose by the opposite arm. I need this chair to work from daily and cannot use it any more. I'm close to half of the chairs weight limit, and have only sat normally in it to work at my desk. I know this was a relatively cheap chair, but the minimum I'd expect from it is to remain intact as a chair well beyond 5 months. Item quality: 1/5 Ease of assembly: 2/5 Customer service: 5/5

I was really looking forward to this purchase for my writing corner but its not very comfortable if you're short. If i don't use a footrest under my desk to prop my feet on, the whole seat leans forwards. I find my back aches after sitting in it for longer than 30 mins and the "massage" function is nothing more than vibration, even if i lean back into the seat. Very disappointed with this. It's also not the same as the picture, I ordered the charcoal which is shown to have a lighter grey speckled throughout and it's basically black and completely plain. Very disappointed. Assembly was easy. Not sure on quality until I've had it a while. Expensive for such an uncomfortable vibrating chair

One of the worst chairs I have ever bought. The holes to fix the arms on to the seat and back are totally misaligned. I have never fought so hard to get something together as doing this. The instructions have the company name printed straight across the pictures making it impossible to follow. I would avoid buying this chair and do not recommend it to anyone.
