Good little welder
Just been using this welder for flux welding. I'm more experienced in 3 phase mig and stick welding,but What a cracking little welder never done flux welding before, used 0.8 wire ,I've had no trouble with it what so ever. Only thing I say to people when buying this is get a flux shield/shroud ( take the gas shield off , you don't need it and you can see the pool better ) to stop the end of the gun from arcing against the metal when in a tight spaces and get some splatter paste for the end of the nossle..

Waste of time
If you want to waste time and money, then buy this! I’m not a pro welder but I can weld, and after 30 mins I returned this to the post office. Absolute waste of time. It was cheap to buy and not surprisingly, cheaply made.

Reasonable but let down by mismatch items
The welder unit itself appears to be compact and of reasonable quality. It looks sturdy and has a carry handle. I was very disappointed to discover that this little welder was supplied with 1mm MIG wire and 0.8mm tips!! Obviously 1mm wire won’t pass through a 0.8mm diameter tip so why would a seller do this!? Had I known, prior to purchase, that DEKO were capable of this level of carelessness I would’ve avoided it. Strangely there are no instructions on the welders use. Therefore if you have no previous knowledge or experience in using this type of welder, you are basically on your own. So, you should be prepared to purchase additional consumable items in order to get your welder up and running. After a few months of ownership I hope write an update on how this welder has performed.
