I like that they include Folate, Choline, Omega-3 DHA, and Vitamin D3, all in one formula, which makes me feel confident that I’m giving my body and baby the right support. They’re also vegan and gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus for me. I feel great since I started taking them and would definitely recommend them to any mom-to-be looking for a quality prenatal vitamin!

I will say that I was not personally a fan of the taste, however the great customer service made up for my dislike of the vitamins. My initial review was very negative just focused on the fishy taste. Shortly after the review I got a message from the company following up, apologizing, and offering a refund. I ordered these particularly because of the quality of ingredients- particularly methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin and methylfolate instead of folic acid and think that if you are looking for quality gummies and aren’t sensitive to a fishy tastes (something I am very sensitive to) these are the way to go.

You can definitely taste the fish oil in this so beware of that if you have sensitive smell and taste, my husband tasted it too though and he's obv not pregnant so there's that They refunded me so customer service is excellent, i appreciated that so much bc they were literally hard for me to take. The orange ones are more bearable tho.
