Not the best
It is not your standard KT tape, it is more like a normal band-aid. Not very elastic (far from the promised elasticity); on removal, some of the glue will stay on your skin. It may provoke rashes if kept for more than a day. If you take a shower, it will stay wet for ling time, which is not a very comfortable experience. Yes, it is cheap compared to the competitors’ products, but it is cheaper for a reason.
