This looks like it came right from Toyota! The plastic is as good of quality and a nice match to the plastic of the console. It holds all the small things nice and neatly on the top and I can just lift it to get down to the larger items I don't use as often. I very much appreciate the rubber inserts to keep things where I put them and those will be easy to pull right out and clean when I need to. Very nice addition to my new truck. I will be sure to come back to this seller when I need any other accessories for my vehicles. Just like getting a custom-made item. I'm very happy!

Awkward, but works.
It's a simple tray that rests on the lip of the existing box. It works as should, material is decent, and non slip padding was a nice feature. However, it would have been nice to have this deeper. It's very shallow. Anything over the thickness of maybe 2" would have to be stored underneath the organizer. And if you would like to access that item, you have take this out and set it somewhere while you get your item from under. I know it sounds like a weird complaint, but I promise you, you will be removing and installing this tray constantly if you put anything above the thickness of 2" in there. Still, serves the purpose of organizing since the Tacoma box is just a hole. I recommend this product!
