I ordered this dollhouse for a little girl who’s not quite ready for it yet; I hope that I make it to the time that she IS ready because, seriously, I kind of want it for myself! :-D. (I’m at least half joking…I think)I haven’t assembled the dollhouse but the parts are amazing. The colours of the panels of the house are bright and sharp and beautifully done. Each one is printed on both sides and create scenes inside and outside. Even the edges of those I took out were wrapped in a neutral white. The hinges were shiny and moved smoothly.The small furniture parts are cunningly made. They are solid and smooth with great colour. They are small in relation to the house but they are a good size for little hands, and sturdy enough to withstand the abuse they are sure to endure. They came in a box within the main box. Each was wrapped in paper separately to minimise damage.It’s clear that it’s going to take a while to assemble this dollhouse but I feel sure that it will be completely worth it. The instructions, mostly pictures, seem clear enough. The booklet shows each stage as it should be assembled, and next to it a picture of how it should look when properly assembled.There is also a mat for the floor inside. It’s of good quality.The delivery box is HEAVY, and the dollhouse is going to be heavy. It was a smart decision to put it on wheels; and while I won’t know for sure until the dollhouse is assembled and they bear the weight of the house and roll smoothly, the 360 degree casters seem to be of good quality as well.This is a lovely, lovely dollhouse that is sure to delight. I recommend.

This is a really pretty dollhouse that's supposed to look like a tiny house. It is made out of finished composite wood. The house is predominantly composite wood with background images glued to it. The handle and furniture is all painted composite wood. It has six casters that make it mobile, like an RV or tiny house.Approximate outside dimensions:Length: 25 inches (edge of handle folded up to edge of porch), 24 inches without handleWidth: 10.5 inchesHeight: 20 inches (with casters), 18 inches (without casters)The porch is 5.25" x 10.5"Approximate Inside Dimensions:Length: 17.25 InchesWidth: 9.75 InchesHeight: 17.125 InchesFirst level height: 11.125 Inches (floor to ceiling)Second level height: 5.5 Inches (floor to peak)The first level of the dollhouse isn't quite tall enough for a Barbie to stand under the ceiling, there is a small cut out to access the second level that Barbie can stand in without having to bend over, petite Barbies, Skipper, Stacie, and Chelsea will fit fine. I think it would be a much better dollhouse if there was enough room for standard Barbie to fit in the whole house. Since this is a tiny house, the second floor has enough room for a Barbie to sleep.The listing doesn't specify what size dolls can use this house. The provided measurements are for the shipping box not the house. It would be very helpful if that information was provided in the listing.It was pretty easy to build. The instructions are straight forward and the images are clear. It took me about an hour to slowly build the house, the instructions specify 2-2.5 hours. I wasn't rushed and I used a regular screwdriver, not a drill. Like most things built from composite would with pre-drilled holes, some of the holes didn't line up so a little bit of force was needed to get the pieces in the right place while screwing them together. The pieces were clearly marked and the fasteners were in marked bags with 2-3 different part numbers in each bag. The number stickers on the pieces really stick to the pieces so be careful when you try to remove them or you will mess up the background of the piece, trust me, I did it 3-4 times. The two roof pieces are removable. None of pieces for the house were damaged.All of the furniture is pre-made and wrapped well in the box, the bar counter I received had a small chip in the finish, the rest of the furniture was fine.The dollhouse is really pretty and charming is a good description. The printed backgrounds are cute. The bed and pillow are cute. The furniture seems well made. This is honestly a cool dollhouse.It does have some issues. First, it should be big enough for a Barbie to stand in, or there should be dimensions listed in the description somewhere. Bratz, Monster High, Dream Besties, and smaller will fit just fine, but I think just adding 3/4 in height would make this dollhouse awesome. Second, the house and furniture don't appear to be the same scale. Some of the furniture seems like it was made for 10-11 inch fashion dolls and some of the furniture seems like it was made for 4-6 inch dolls. The porch chairs and couch are tiny. The separate wash stand is smaller than the bathroom vanity on the background image. Third, the house has a cold drink cabinet filled with wine glasses and what appear to be wine and liquor bottles but it's not big enough for Barbie, like come on. Forth, the magnet for the front door is not very strong so sometimes the front door will fly open.Even with those things, I feel like this is a great doll size tiny house. I think kids will love it.

This is a really nice quality dollhouse. I really like this brand. I've gotten quite a few things they make, and everything is nice quality. This dollhouse is sturdy. It isn't big though. It would work well for a toddler or as a mobile dollhouse for any age that wants a dollhouse. It is a more traditional dollhouse, made for smaller dolls, not for Barbie sized dolls. It comes with cute wooden furniture. The colors of the dollhouse are muted and it has a really pretty style to it. It has a little patio and a piece that can turn into a grassy lawn. It's unique, because it is on wheels and it has a little pull handle. It can be moved around in a house, taken outside, etc. Again, this is not a big or tall dollhouse. A child can sit and play with it. The price reflects the quality of this wooden dollhouse. This is definitely a dollhouse that will hold up over time and maybe kept to pass down. If you look up little wooden people for a dollhouse, I think that type of dollhouse people would work great with this.I look at reviews a lot while shopping. I hope this review helps!

My niece (4 y/o) LOVES this dollhouse. It's the perfect size for her because she can sit on the floor and play for a long time. It's not a tall one that she has to stand up and play with. It's very sturdy, too, so she can play for hours and it still looks great and everything opens and closes without an issue.As an adult, I love the wheels for easy sliding into its storage space along the wall when she's finished playing. And the straightforward assembly makes it a great gift for young kids, since the parents will be putting it together. The design is adorable, too. There's enough furniture that it's fun to play around with, but not so much that pieces are everywhere and stuff gets lost.

Very cute dollhouse on wheels! This is awesome! so easy to move around! I wish we had this doll house all along, great for spaces you need to put away after playing, great quality.
