Liked the design & how easy to install and easy to use it is. It is very light weight, 360° rotation is quite smooth.The spray bottle is appropriate size, you don't need to refill it again & again.Just have issue with spray feature, have to spray continuously on one spot to make floor enough wet, There should be another option to have drip more quantity of water.

Cannot say enough about how great this is! Just plain water or you can use a tsp. or 2 of your favorite cleaner. I use a tsp. of ZEP. SO easy to use. No wringing of mops or lugging a bucket around.

received exactly as claimed~ very easy to use & refill~ pretty durable unit with a wide head for coverage~ very durable & washable microfiber cloths soak up lots of dirt~ Advise to purchase additional cloths so you don't have to wait for laundry to use

I had one of these mops for about 3 years and it wore out (the cleaning solution bottle lost its seal and started to leak). I thought that for the price, three years of use wasn't terrible. I liked how the mop functioned, so I bought another one. The new mop didn't work, it didn't spray, so I contacted Amazon customer service. Amazon promptly replaced the mop, without having to return the one that didn't work. Excellent customer service. The replacement works perfectly. I use water with a little bit of white cleaning vinegar. Works perfectly on my floors. Easy to use, washable mop pad, and can use my own water and vinegar cleaning solution. Recommend this mop for LVP floors and highly recommend Amazon customer service.

I was sorry that I purchased this mop because it is identical to the Vileda one that I purchased previously. The Vileda is much cheaper in price. The Vileda mop began to leak badly so I decided to purchase the O-Cedar ProMist Max. Hopefully, I will not have the same problems that I had with the Vileda.
