Arrived spilled
The media could not be loaded. I went to process a return due to the way my baking soda arrived. Said I am uneligable for a refund. I clearly can't use the baking soda

Please Read!
I am only writing a review to stress the importance of taking other peoples review with a grain of salt (ironic, I know).First off, it’s baking soda! It looks and feels like baking soda-I’m sure it cleans like it too! I didn’t notice anything weird smell, any small plastic/foreign object, nothing!Back to the real reason why I am writing this review! For all the people saying that they have to jump through hoops to open this container, I believed you….until I got my package! There is a pull tab on the lid. Pull that tab, and it goes all the way around. Once that piece of plastic is removed, then you are able to open the lid itself! So, it was user error on those reviewers part, not the package itself. I didn’t take a photo because I’m sure when you open the package and inspect the lid, you will find the tab!

Great size for the laundry room.
This is in the perfect sized tub for my laundry room. Adding baking soda to your wash, along with the detergent, will make your towels and cotton clothing soft.

Bucket arrived damaged
Bucket arrived damaged.. I baking soda was leaking out of the bucket and through the box.Bucket is not sturdy. Will look elsewhere next time..
