DecoBREEZE Outdoor Misting Kit for Outdoor Fans

I just got this misting attachment for a fan I already had. Took me two seconds to snap it on--holds securely too. With just a bit of water pressure (just barely turning the water on) the misters produce a great amount of mist and even on a 95 degree day with high humidity the temps drops noticeably. I'd say this baby is well worth the cost. I will add that this item did not come with the plastic value, instead the end is brass and well built. Turning the water off does not result in an instant stop of the misters, they need time to release the pressure in the hose since the misting holes are so small.

Works surprisingly well. Even with relatively low water pressure I think the nozzle openings are small enough to create a good mist. I like how it was ready to go when you got it out of the box. Snap it on and hook it up to a hose. The on/off valve seems to function well. make sure you have a really clean, newer hose to screw it on to because it leaks pretty easily. I even recommend using teflon tape to make it seal better. The quality of the hose is okay, it seems pretty thin walled and fragile.

Great fan ! Absolutely wonderful !! Only issue is hooking it up and removing it from the hose . For some reason it is difficult to hook up .

For the price, the unit works good. I would purchase another but would seek a higher quality one. Mist sprayers has a small water leak and you can't tighten down too much in fear of cracking the plastic housing/fitting. Maybe some teflon tape would cure the leak. Water control value was not used due to bad water leakage and controlled the water flow at the source. Will consider an all metal misting kit if there is one available.

I was expecting a mister that I could attach to my water friendly stainless steel outdoor fan. What I got was nothing short of inviting monsoon season in all its glory to my meager front porch. It's a great tool for those hot summer days but having Niagara Falls blow through your skin like radiation I wouldn't think that settles in the line of it being called a "mister". The one I purchased said it was fit for an 18-20 inch fan, mine is a 20" and the "mister" ring is smaller than a basketball. I feel they designed it this way so as the wind is blowing behind the great Victoria Falls on my porch they could ensure the "mist" would cut through your skin like a hydro saw at 4k gallons a minute with its concentrated beauty . If you don't want to pay for a pool membership at the local YMCA and you don't mind a 100 dollar increase to your water bill every 12 seconds as you struggle to keep your now needed raft on the porch, well then folks I have to say that this bad boy is for you!!!!

I purchased a fan that had a mister that came with it, but it soon broke down from the weather. I got this one to replace it and the quality is so much better, easy to attach and works better than the original that came with the fan. During the hot days out on the deck it sure cools it off for a much more enjoyable time visiting with friends or eating BBQ. Friends have asked where they can get one.

Makes hot days fun and tolerable. I have the fan sprayer hose attached to a splitter so I can just open it when I want to use it and close it when I want to just use the garden hose. Attaching the sprayer ring to the fan is a little tricky, but we find that you can just use twisties rather than zip ties which would be harder to remove if you want to take the sprayer ring off.

First off, I got this to cool us off in the Vegas sun while around the pool. The mist is more like droplets than a typical mister. For this & the flimsy quality of the hose assembly, i dumped a star. It was easy to install, though I had to really push on the clips to get them to clip on my fan. It appears that the clips were intended for a smaller gauge wire, but after some effort, they didn't break & clicked very solidly. I only put 2 of the clips on, since i predict they will break when I remove them for regular fan use. The hose is a cheap thin black hose similar to something you might find funding water to a slip-n-slide... super cheap. the hose is clamped on to the hose fitting with a wire clamp. I assume it's tight enough to want to cut the thin hose after some regular use. I'll end up putting something else on after that happens. The hose fitting has a little white thing in it that looks like it'd block something... I left mine in place since it was under the washer... guessing it is either a filter or pressure regulator. Obvi I didn't read any instructions, cuz I'm a dude, but just hook it up to a hose & it works. I did my hose bib at about 1/2 stream. Going to try full & see if it gets more "misty" instead of droplets. I'm happy so far, just have low expectations for durability.

I am disappointed with the quality condition of the product. I ordered 2. One package was opened and was missing the clips to attach it to the fan screen. It was also missing the bracket that connects the hose to the fan’s stand and one of the jets was faulty.

Lo instale en un ventilador y la verdad el rociado es de gotas muy grandes que te mojan, las espreas no funcionan con rociado fino que te refresque,
