Noodles Organic Gluten Free Spaghetti shapes 385g (Pack of 10)

This spaghetti is a godsend for those of us that are trying to eat low carb or need to keep calories down. My favourite recipe with these is spaghetti and turkey meatballs or spaghetti carbonara. My husband is not dieting but he will eat them occasionally. They are easy to prepare. I rinse them under water in a sieve, spin them in my salad spinner, and then dry fry them for a few minutes in a non stick frying pan with no oil. The texture is slightly rubbery but perfectly palatable. Piled on a plate covered in pasta sauce and meatballs with a good handful of Parmesan they look and taste great particularly if you have not been eating carb for a few weeks.
