Great Product!
This works quite well. My little fur baby was having many accidents. I have had this for about a month and the dogs love the taste and she is having very few accidents. Love it!

Works like a miracle!!
CAT SAVER!!! My cat (13 y/o) went through three types of antibiotics the last 2 months and none of them worked. Just 5 days of half a tablet of this supplement, and her UTI cleared up!! She has a SUB also and the doctor said she’s never seen such clean tubes before, especially in a cat who has not had surgery to replace it in nearly 8 years. Her UTI is gone, but I will continue to give her this every night!!! UPDATE: this has also helped raise her red blood cell count. we went in today planning to give her hormones for creating more red blood cells but we ended up not administering it since her numbers went up!

Cured persistent urinary cystitis in my cat!
Prior to using this one of my cats suffered from urinary cystitis. The poor baby would cry in pain and strain to go potty. Often we would see blood in her urine. While a trip to the vet for some antibiotics would take care of the cysts, I wanted to prevent them to begin with! So, we turned to a few OTC supplements to try and help her. We tried this (the most expensive), one by Vet's Best (super cheap and also contains slippery elm - which helps with passing hairballs), and a third one that was a drop (I think it was called UTI Remedy?) that you add to the water dish. She would avoid the water dish with the drop in it, even though it was supposed to be odorless and tasteless. So that was out. She wouldn't touch the Vet's Best supplements. So that was out - luckily the dog loves them! And then there is this pill - she comes running (and I mean a full on sprint!) when we jostle the pill bottle. Highly palatable AND it works! She hasn't had observable difficulties in over 6 months. She is more playful than ever and is super loving. We give 1/2 tablet a day to both of our cats (even though only one really needs it). It is a little challenging to split them - we usually just do so with our hands. When it does crumble, both of our cats scramble to lick up all the "dust." I'll call that a win - I don't want them to change the formula to make it less crumbly if it means my baby doesn't have problems. I don't know what I'd do without this product. If you're getting this for a singular cat, know that it's technically 120 servings (4 months worth) since you split each pill in half - so please use that to put your mind at ease if you're concerned about the price.

Great product !
Very good product but very poor design if you need to break tablets in half as I do for my dogs dose. They crumble apart easily. I bought the chew version after experiencing this and they’re 100 % easier to break in half. The product itself is genius and has worked very well for my dogs bladder issues . The D- Mannose was highly recommended by my vet for recurrent non bacterial cystitis. Great product and correct dosage ! Not bothersome for a dog with a touchy tummy !!

Works great for my female spayed adult dog! EDIT: JAN 2020 UPDATE
UPDATE JAN 2020: Coming back here to update. Been nearly five years since I used this product. I didn't have to reorder it as an the symptoms of the UTIs went away and she stopped licking down there excessively. The antibiotics didn't work as well as this, which is why I went this route. No problems since then for her. I do first recommend getting a pee sample to your vet and making sure the dog has an UTI and working with those and others and then using this to stave them off. I REALLY LOVE THIS, AND MY DOG DOES TOO! (photos included) I remember when she was about a year old and she went into get spayed. They foundout she had an UTI right BEFORE her spay operation. Usually they occur after they're spayed because a female dog's urinary tract gets shorter I believe. Anyways, that was two years ago and she has on and off UTIs. I tried some other UTI treatments outside of antibiotics. It involved cranberry powders and giving her more water and so on, none of it worked. I gave her these, and about a week or so in, I noticed a HUGE improvement. Mainly, the number of times she goes out and the length of time she takes to urinate. She goes out a lot less and with shorter periods. Before it was 1, 2, 3 hours between. Now she goes 6 hours+ with no problems. As for going pee, it is a lot longer now too! By that, I mean she would usually go for 5-10 seconds, and now it is closer to about 20+ seconds! She tends to herself down there a lot less, and she seems happy. She is a GSD/lab/somethingelsepossibly mix and about ~55 pounds and 3 years. She gets only 1 a day. Quick note on how it works: I guess the cranberry acdifies her urine, and the d-mannose allows for infections that are stuck to the uterine wall to be "scaped off" and not stick anymore? IDK. All I know is that it works and humans can use it too. Check out the pics for bottle and pill info.

Works really well!
My female dog kept getting puppy vaginitis. I now give her one of these pills each day and her vaginitis has cleared up entirely! She also likes the flavor and chews the tablets without any fuss and without hiding them in food.

Significantly Improved the condition of my blocked male cat. I went through a horrendous time discovering what is a blocked cat. Came home and my male cat was nearly dead. Now I know male cats who have urinary infection must be treated ASAP because they risk blocking due to longer urethra- and if they block they will die within 48 hrs, because the urine doesn't come out, and the kidneys fail. I brought him to an emergency weekend vet- they kept him 4 days. It cost me 2900$. They sent me home with around 6 different medications that he had to take at different times of the day, and also a medication in a syringe I had to force him to take orally. We got on all fours and watched him pee, because the vet said that as long as he is passing urine that is a good sign. Even if just a couple drops. We collected all the clumped urine in a bag each day to compare day-to-day how much urine he had pee'd. We was also on the prescription wet food urinary diet you can only buy at a vet. Suddenly, 1 month later, he was frail and looking ill. I brought him to the vet and they said he was blocking again. This vet was a walk-in vet, with long wait times, but much MUCH cheaper, not an emergnecy vet. But I was still paying off the previous bill. He is an otherwise healthy cat and couldn't conceive of him dying just because of a problem peeing. So they unblocked him again, but this time it cost 500$. Still devastating because there is no guarantee he won't block again. This time I would have to put him down if he blocks again because I spent already 3400$ and there is no guarantee with surgery (that costs >2000$) will solve the problem either. I started researching herbal rememdies, or home-remedies. I am writing this at the end of August 2021 (4 months after the 2nd blockage). I found 2 home-remedies that worked/ alleviate his discomfort. D-Mannose (the one I am writing the review for), and Glucosamine+Chondroitine (I got the brand Thrive). Glucosamine+Chondroitine are advertised as a joint supplement- but found various sources saying it is good for lining of bladder. Sometimes I see my cat going to the litter frequently and looking uncomfortable. I give him the D-Mannose and within the hour he is less restless, and the rest of the day is great. Same with Glucosamine+Chondroitine that I add to his food. If you are going through the nightmare of a blocked male cat I am sorry and hope this can help you too.

I tried these cranberry supplements because my dog gets chronic UTIs. The tablets are big but I easily crush them up and put it in her dog food. She eats that just fine. Since I started giving her these cranberry supplements she hasn’t had a UTI. I expect the occasional one will happen, but so far it’s been great! It’s a little expensive, but saves me more money not having to go to the vet. 🐶

Cat likes them and eats them willingly. I haven’t notice a great improvement in the urinary issues though
