Gives you a great clean, bouncy curls, nice scent great value. The only negative issue was, the shampoo bottle has significantly less in it than the conditioner.

I love this Silk18 Shampoo and Conditioner! I have struggled with dry scalp for over 8 years. I've tried everything to sooth or repair my scalp and nothing worked - until I took a chance on Silk18. Who knew there is silicone in most conditioners? I didn't! I found out that I have a sensitivity to silicone a while ago and steered away from anything I could see silicone on, which included the nose guard on my glasses. Then someone told me to read the ingredients in my conditioners , they may have silicone. Anything with 'cone' in the end of a word was silicone. THEY ALL DID! I had many different shampoo and conditioners. because I was always buying new ones to not only make my hair soft and silky, but to keep my natural curls from going frizzy and most of all totreat or cure my dry scalp... It was terrible to go through. I couldn't even wear black or dark clothing, because my dry scalp flakes were worse than any dandruff you'd see. I went to the Dr and she didn't even know what was causing my scalp to be so dry and irritated. Did I mention the itch? It was horrible. I was even taking an anti-itch medication. Then while shopping on Amazon for something to help my scalp, I put in the search bar "No Silicone Conditioners". I found Silk18 immediately and I took the chance on it. I bought the shampoo and conditioner and saw and felt changes right away. I have since bought it again and told my hairdresser about it. She sees all of my scalp and also is amazed at my improved-scalp now. I have no itching and I can wear black or dark colors anytime without dry scalp flakes. I won't be buying anything else ever. Fine, curly, extremely dry, frizzy hair is relentless. Nothing seemed to make a difference before Curly Hair products. Because I tend to wash the moisture out of my hair, I didn't do an Extended* conditioner rinse. Right out of the shower I could immediately tell these products had made an impact on the problems. For me, and qually as important, I followed with 2 leave-in conditioners. Leave-in conditioners with other shampoo/conditioners have never done the trick. Thrilled. Beyond words.

This shampoo and conditioner combo is an excellent value for the money. The shampoo cleanses but doesn't strip my hair and the conditioner is super hydrating. I have very fine 3c - 4a hair and these products seem to be helping with thickening my strands and making them more supple.

I received a discount to review. I've used it six times now. The shampoo strips my hair too much to use more than every couple of weeks, but it does not leave it feeling like straw the way sls shampoos do. It has an odd smell (definitely not vanilla) but the scent does not linger, which is a plus. I am very sensitive to scents, and a lot of them, especially flowers, will trigger a migraine for me. This did not bother me at all. The conditioner I did not find very moisturizing, especially after I used the shampoo. I've used it after cowashing, with better results. I've had to condition twice each time I've used it. This last time I had to put in some leave in, something I have never had to do except in the winter. It's in the high 80s today/57% humidity and my hair feels like it's been winter for the last month. Very, very dry and frizzy. I usually have 2a-2c waves and curls that reach below my hips when wet, and right now I mostly have a puff ball. The fragrance of the conditioner is a light pleasant vanilla that does not linger. I'll use the rest of the set, and reorder the conditioner to use after cowashing, but this is definitely not an every time wash for me. It does leave my hair feeling silky, but it's just so dry.

I have mid-shoulder blade length baby-fine hair. I wash and condition my hair daily because I wake up looking like Medusa. I also have psoriasis and am extremely sensitive to chemicals. I wanted to try to find a shampoo and conditioner that were sulfate and phosphate free. I found the Silk18 shampoo and conditioner and decided to try it.I have been using this for over two months now. First, let me say that I can use about half of what I would use of another product, to do a better job. I wash my hair with the shampoo, then follow with leaving the conditioner on my hair while I take the rest of my shower letting it do its' magic. (Bonus points for having to only use the same small amount of conditioner as shampoo, instead of using more conditioner than shampoo like usual!) It soothes any scalp irritation I have, and leaves my hair clean - and oh so soft! I have also noticed very few split ends, where I used to have a lot! My hair looks and feels healthy! I also love the soft fragrance! I have actually told others about Silk18 - and it's half the price of what I was paying at the salon for their formulas that left my hair brittle! When I started to run out, I immediately ordered more! I don't have to change, even occasionally, to avoid buildup of any kind. It's just been the perfect shampoo and conditioner in every way! I can't recommend it highly enough!
