I wanted to switch from my table salt to a healthy mineral intake and found this natural salt that is unrefined and coarse, having vital traces of all the important minerals. I purchased this pack and found it to be an ideal seasoning for my food. It's dampness suggests it is high in magnesium which is a very important mineral for our body. Good salt to use in your daily activity in the house in cooking are drinking in your water it helps to keep you hydrated instead of just drinking plain water plus it have vitamins in it.

I am not a fan of over processed table salt. Yuck. So even though we only cook with salt we don't get the sodium-y taste by using other forms of salt. This one is quite good. Very smooth on the tongue. I will be purchasing more. Our go-to right now is Fleur de Sel from Quebec. We may need to add this one as well. Thank you.
