Q: why is there artificial flavor in this "real" vainilla?

the coconut flavor is real and thats why I love this vanilla. I used to eat delicious cakes my aunt made in my birthdays when I was a kid back in Venezuela. She used this vanilla so I grew up with it. Once I grew up i could not find it any more...been looking for years!! Finally I found it here and takes me back to my childhood...I totally love it!

Q: Has the product quality gone down since the vanilla shortage there are a lot of bad reviews?

I don't use vanilla real often so I cannot testify to quality. I've purchased this twice and gave most to my daughter who does a lot of baking. She's not had any complaints so far. Hope this helps.
