I've been loving listening this new collection of meditations by Rupert. I have only listened to about 6 or 7 out of the 24 so far but keep going back to these ones as they are so beautiful to listen to. Rupert guides you through exploring any perceived sense of separation between the body, the world and yourself as infinite aware presence. He takes you on a journey step by step into into exploring your own experience especially in the realms of perception, sensation and emotion to reveal the non-dual understanding on the level of body as well as mind. I'm also enjoying the long spacious feel these meditations have, with lots of silence in-between the words. I would highly recommend these meditations to anyone familiar with Rupert's teachings who wants explore deeper into the tantric aspects of his teaching or to anyone familiar with non-duality who still may feel a sense of embodied separation or may be experiencing emotional difficulties.

This is truly transcendent. It evokes recognition, clarity and understanding—and takes one deep into the heart of being.It is such a boon to be able to move back and forth between the audio and the text. Listening to the audio is a profound experiential journey. Later, being with the words on the page sets that all in motion again; and supports an integrating reflection.Feeling immensely blessed, grateful--and delighted!
