Material really cheap. Very light weight . Throws good bright light . Looks decent when up on the ceiling . Value for money.

Felt flimsy but once installed by an electrician looked good and bright and was ideal for our dark bathroom. 18 months later the led lights are now very dim and possibly near end of useful life. Wouldn't buy again.

Does have a slight cheap feel to it but it's fine to look at, and brighter than I expected. Ideal in a bathroom. Also got one in my kitchen.Nice and easy to install, but the wiring diagram that came with it didn't match the actual unit in terms of wire colouring. Quite easy to work out though.Sure, it's not luxury and is very basic but if that's what you're after, then it's fine.

Had this up for a number of months now and it's perfect, no problems at all.

Bought two of these lights on 21st Sept 2022 a couple of weeks ago or so the one on the landing blew. Today the second one which replaced the landing one, is also now not working. So a word of warning, for LEDs longevity is not there.

I needed a low-power light for the 'smallest room', and this (8W) was the lowest I could find. The light looks very blue as it reflects from my off-white tiles. It is ideal for a bathroom, but I would not want one in a living room as the light seems too cold. I may have another in my workshop.Fitting was no more fiddly than with any other ceiling light, but the lack of weight made it easy to support while connecting the cables. The challenge is that the fixing holes are widely spread, so the screws went into the plasterboard. Again, the lack of weight helps - there is no strain on the fixings. Other light fittings have fixing holes placed so that the screws go through the plasterboard and into a wooden joist.Beware, there are no replaceable 'bulbs', just the diode chips mounted on the back-plate. I don't know if it would fail altogether if a single chip stopped working.

For an item that certainly was not cheap, less than 3 years of use is not good value. Add to that it was used as a landing light, so very rarely on and not for long periods. To be replaced by a different manufacturer, hopefully of better quality.

This light was quick and easy to install and looks the part. The light looks very well in the bathroom and does not ruin it at all. Looks very modern and expensive!!
