Super Soothing
This soothing tea has become a staple in my night time routine and helps to ease to me into a night of deep and sound sleep. With its mellow flavour, I look forward to enjoying a cup of this every evening. It's okay
Mild mint flavour and works best before bed ....(Personal opinion) and for the amount very good...effect will differ person to person bare that in mind before purchasing

Five Star Sleep Tea
This is a beautiful tea which arrived in a stylish tea caddy. The tea was relaxing & soothing. It has quickly become part of my bedtime ritual. I have used other Zen Maitri products (their Turmeric Tea is also amazing).

Simply a must have!
I absolutely adore this tea. I have repurchased it more times than I can count. It is easy to brew, delicious and super relieving both hot or cold. The product came packaged beautifully and the tin full the brim. This is a fast acting, easy to use and effective product that I couldn’t go without!

I've been using Zen Maitri products for a few years and the Deep Sleep tea is one of our favourites. Highly recommended for relaxation and winding down before a perfect night's sleep!

Love the quality of the herbs!
Comes as described, excellent quality herbs-- blend is well balanced and aromatic! I've been relying on herbal teas to help prevent migraines and unwind in the evenings, and I can confidently say that the Headease Tea is by far the best I've purchased on Amazon.
