This matcha is very very green and high quality, Absolutely love this matcha will never get another brand as long as they carry this in bulk size! I mix this with a vanilla protein shake everyday so depending on your taste and preferences you may want to try a higher grade than the one I am reviewing the ceremonial matcha has to be fantastic from them if the culinary i got is this high quality! I have been using this product for about 4 years now and I have to say this one is my go to. My husband is low energy and what I do is make a gallan of Matcha Latte and he will drink it in mornings. Gives him the boost he needs to get going in his mornings and has replaced his coffee and the crash he was experiencing.
