Back in the olden days, my mom would wrap our hair with towel strips or long socks (as most moms did back then) to create curls overnight. This style of curl wrap is very easy to use and comfy to sleep on. I don't keep the clip in after I'm done wrapping. I use the clip only to keep the wrap strip centered while I'm wrapping my hair around the strip. The material is a soft velvety material that is gentle on hair. My hair is collar bone length now and was shorter when I first purchased it, but it's created nice waves in my hair all the same. My daughters' hair lengths are longer (mid back and waist lenght), and yes it creates beautiful curls/waves for them depending on how tight or loose I wrap their hair. Mine was tricker to wrap at first, but after a few tries; I figured out how best to get amazing results the next morning. A few tips: 1) remove the clip after you're done wrapping-the kink from the clip is not your friend; 2) gently pull the strands of hair at the crown of your head up a bit to loosen them-flat top is also not your friend; 3) when wrapping the hair framing my face (the first few strands at the top) I don't wrap them as tight so they create softer curls/waves; 4) wrap and twist hair away from your face; and 5) works best on damp hair to help set the curls/waves. I love this so much, I've gifted it to others, and shown them how to use it (so they don't have to watch tons of tutorial videos like I did. haha). Would recommend this as a comfy and effective no-heat alternative to curing iron. (yes, I have tried wired rods and I hate the way those look on my short hair).

I looooovvvveeeee this product. I’m way too busy to do my hair in the mornings. I love sleeping in this at night and waking up looking glam instantly!! Put on while hair is almost completely dry. Sometimes I even do zoom calls with this still in my hair. People think I just put my hair in an updo. I use this daily. I never use hairspray with it. No need.

Very easy to use once figured out,wish it would have came with better instructions/illustrations. The quality is great. Results are beautiful hair. The only down fall was the lack of better directions especially for people with shorter hair, otherwise excellent purchase. Very happy with the quality and results.

This is an okay product. It does curl my hair but in sort of a messy way. My hair is also fine and curls too tightly for my liking on something like this. I ended up getting a heated curler but also want to try out the ones similar to these that have more of a round structure that is firm. This product is very flimsy and soft.

I have very fine thin very porous hair and in winter it is just simply a trial and emotional drain to try to have it looking nice. In summer, it curls easily on its own. In winter, t just dries out and is so limp and ugly. I got this skeptically, but in a search for something to create curls without using heat. Fine hair and heat do not play nicely together. Well, the first time I used it I slept with it in and that was not so comfy because of the two large scrunchies you need to secure the ends of your hair, I feel it curled a little too much overnight. So I decided to try using it in the mornings during chore, devotional times and using a light application of curling gel on slightly damp hair. Bingo. I love the curl I get and because of the way it wraps comfortably and cutely around the head I do not feel like a goober walking around the house in it. I had gotten another brand because it was silk, but it stuck up on either side like two antennaes and was just dorky looking. The way this wraps is actually reminiscent of a swedish braided updo. It may take some playing with to get it to work for you as it did me, but I love it now. My husband has complimented my hair multiple times after I get it styled. Super easy to wrap up hair, not time intensive at all. Very happy with this purchase!

Doesn’t curl and doesn’t stay on my head

I've been working on heatless curls for a few years and this is definitely the best product I've used so far. I've even sewn my own satin heatless curling rods in the search for the perfect solution. This is so easy to use, and it's the only thing that stays put in my hair. Everything else I've tried goes slack and comes undone. It's super comfortable to sleep in, but I've figured out that the best way for me to use it is on clean hair for 2-3 hours. If I wear it overnight, the curls are way too tight--you could say it works too well! My favorite way to use it is to wash my hair, put in my leave-in moisturing products, either dry it on low heat or let it airdry, then wrap it for 2-3 hours, take it out, and fingercomb it and fluff the roots. I use a scrunchie to put my hair in a ponytail on top of my head for sleeping, and wrap my hair in the morning for about an hour while I'm getting ready for work the next day for the perfect loose, beachy curls/waves. This is absolutely the answer for me. It's so easy and so healthy for my hair! And it's even kind of cute to wear.

So happy with this item! Comes with everything you need. Soft texture, feels lovely against skin. Very easy to use and comfortable to sleep in. Haven't blow dried my hair since I bought this product giving it a well earned rest from heat, knock on effect being that my hair is in much better condition
