If you need one, this is one of the better wrist supports.
I've used this brand of wrist support for over 10 years. It has retained close to its original design with the features and adjustments that I like. I use it as a reminder to hold my hand it a certain position and it does that job nicely. Speaking as a former USBC silver certified bowling coach: As with any wrist device, it is not a cure all for your bowling woes. You still have to have good mechanics.If you really need a wrist support, this is one of the better on the market.
