The G6 was not specifically listed, but the G6 Plus was, so it should have worked and it does. It's big enough for the clear TPU case on it and maybe one a little thicker. It's big enough, without being big and bulky the way the canvas pouches are. Those things are huge. The magnet works well and the clip seems to be OK. Where it falls down a little is in inner padding. There really isn't any soft felt padding and there is a bulge opposite where the clip is attached. I'm inclined to turn my phone around so the case rides on that bulge.7/20 Update: After carrying my G6 in this for the past 10 months the case is getting very worn and frayed and starting to fall apart. Do I buy another one of these cases?

Very nice case. It fits my moto 5 perfectly. I clip it on my pants for work and it is comfortable and doesn't fall off. Very pleased with this purchase. I recommend it.

Moto G6 fits perfectly. Case is sturdy and durable and made with good quality materials. Easy to open with the flip magnetic closure flap. But secure enough to keep the phone in it. Really glad I purchased it.
