I love these towels. I use them as colorful accents in my kitchen. Have not washed.

All 3 towels are a different fabric. The Navy with white and red stitched stripes is a soft waffle texture that shrank a ton after the first wash. It's much smaller than all my other towels, and very crinkly, but it does its job as a towel. The White with red and blue plaid is a woven, more linen like, fabric that washed and dried well. The Flag towel is very disappointing. It's a softer looser weave cotton. The red stripes bled in the washer all over the white stripes and other items in the washer. (Washed in cold water, delicate cycle.) When wet from use and sitting on the kitchen counter, the red is still bleeding onto the white and anything else it is sitting on. I give the 3 piece set 2 stars only because it has 1 good towel that alone would get 5 stars, while the other 2 towels would get 1 star.
