Suchte Erbsen-Vorrat für Püree!
Hallo!Es war ein Versuch, auf diese Art und Weise einen Erbsen-Vorrat ohne Dosen und ohne Kühlung anzulegen.Nachdem ich alle Möglichkeiten durchgetestet hatte, weiß ich, dass ich mit deutschen TK-Erbsen ökologisch(kein Import) und geschmacklich am besten 'bedient bin'!Hatte auch Nachbarn mit probieren lassen - das Ergebnis einstimmig das gleiche!Der Tipp einer Nachbarin, nicht zu fein zu pürieren, sondern so, dass man noch etwas von den 'Erbsenformen'im Mund spürt, war dabei auch richtig gut!Freundliche Grüße, UW ---

Voulu faire une soupe crème de pois cassés.Helas même après des heures de cuisson et le mixer .....On n obtient qu un GRANITÉ .....IMPOSSIBLE A CUIRE VRAIMENT .alors en légumes cuits, même pas envisageable.Tres déçue.De plus c est tres cher.
