Completely Useless Product – Doesn’t Work as Promised
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product is completely useless. The main issue is that it doesn’t share live location as advertised. I tested it by putting it in my brother’s bag and sending him far from home, but it kept showing the location as my home. Even after he reached another city, there was no update — it still showed the old location.Worse, there is no proper way to report the issue or request a replacement on the app. The support options are very limited. When I tried selecting “Defective” or “Not Working,” the app just asked for a picture of the defect, which makes no sense for a tracking device.Very disappointed with both the product and the support system. Not recommended

Dead in less then a week !
Less than 72 hrs and the product stopped working. Plain and simple deadKindly refund my money. I am trying to return as return window is 1st Aug, however it is not allowing that option. Tried troubleshoot, replaced battery with new one and still ‘ Dead’How do I return this product?

Track Anything
I’m very impressed with the Tag Air for iOS. It pairs effortlessly with my iPhone and provides accurate location tracking globally. The white design looks great and is easy to carry around. Battery life is excellent, and the performance has been reliable so far. A great product for anyone looking for a smart, affordable tracker

Low range and not very accurate. But the buzzer sound can be heard if within close proximity.
It gives a rough estimation of the device location and not accurately pin pointed. Range can be improved. The after sales keep on asking you to give a review.. which some times becomes annoying
