Can I use this as a moisturising cream after washing my face from make-up?

The instructions do say that it is an all in one cleanser & moisturiser day or night and that no water is required. I have not personally used it that way as I have very sensitive skin. I use it at night, apply a little to my face and neck, add water, wash and rinse. It leaves the skin beautifully soft. Obviously, if you have heavy eye make up on I would cleanse those areas with eye wipes before proceeding with Oy as above. Been using Oy for 5 or 6 years with no trouble and no allergic reaction.
