Power Practical USB Bias Lighting, LED TV Backlight Strip, Ambient Home Theater Light, TV Accent Lighting to Reduce Eye Strain, Improve Contrast, White, X-Large (41"-59" TV)

These are the second set of Luminoodle lights I have bought. I bought a set of these a while ago after reading the reviews and I have to say they were brilliant. I then upgraded my tv recently and made the mistake of trying regular LED strip lights that had various colours. I noticed the difference immediately in the brightness and the difference to watching the tv with the standard LED strip light ie. Weren’t so bright, so didn’t really give the tv screen picture much depth. So I bought this set and applied them. Turned the tv on and noticed the difference straight away. These luminoodle lights are so much brighter and clearer than regular LED strip lights, and they plug straight into the usb of your tv so they come on automatically when you turn on your tv so no need for a remote. will say my old flat screen tv didn’t have a usb socket as it was old, so I just used a regular usb plug and made sure that was on the same extension lead as the tv plug so they would come on at the same time as the tv. If you didn’t want the backlights on every time you watched tv and wanted it just at night, you can just use a separate usb plug and socket and turn them on and off when required. They’re really easy to apply, and really do make a difference to watching tv.

These are really nice, and work as intended. This size is perfect for going up, along and back down the back of my 65 inch tv, and really does help to avoid eye strain in a dark room. It sticks very well, and can be cut to size. The other brand, Antec SoundScience USB Powered HDTV Bias Lighting, is shorter, not as bright and much warmer in tone, but this comes down to preference.

Great product. Installed easily on my 55”. Had the previous version on my 40” and the adhesive was ok before but is brilliant now. Luckily I don’t have a constant voltage USB port so it comes on and off with the TV. Really makes a difference to the viewing, much easier on the eye. Don’t know how I’d cope without it

I tested this product before installing onto my TV to unsure it worked (it did). I then carefully after measuring to ensure an even application placed the LED strip to the back of my TV. It took me about 15 minutes in total and when I plugged the TV in to test, no LED's came on. Blast. On closer inspection it seems I may of gotten a bad one from factory as the power from the USB connector into the LED strip itself had snapped off. At this point, I really couldn't be bothered with removing it and having to refund the product as I already had it stuck on the back nicely, so I stripped the wire back and re-soldered it back into a working state. I didn't take any photos but if the seller wanted to see, I could take my TV back off the wall and take one.

Very easy to fit and provides various levels of bias light with the remote which I would recommend.

This was very easy to install, just a case of peeling back the tape bit-by-bit as you make your way around the tv. Due to the fact that it draws power from the USB port on the back of the TV it rather neatly turns itself on/off alongside the TV with no extra remotes or buttons needed. I find it much more relaxing to watch TV with the backlight on and the perception of contrast is much improved.

How cool is this....VERY!! We love it. So easy to install and looks great. Comes on when you turn the TV on and then off a minute or so after you turn the TV off. I think it really adds to the ambience and the picture of the TV screen too!

Bin begeistert. Tolles Produkt. Das Anbringen war sehr einfach. TV gucken mit Beleuchtung ist viel besser für die Augen. Schönes kaltweiss. Vielleicht ein bisschen teuer mit 30 Euro aber Funktion ist super. Hoffe dass die Lichterkette lange hält da sie auch tagsüber leuchtet. Eine Fernbedienung gibt es bei der Version für 30 Euro nicht. Die Lichterkette geht mit dem TV automatisch an und aus. Ist zum empfehlen 👍

De momento perfecto, es lo que esperaba. Ilumina muy bien la parte trasera hecho que repercute en la mejor visión de la pantalla del Televisor

Ausgepackt, Fernseher gedreht, Kabel angeklebt und eingesteckt. Es ist super leicht zu installieren und gibt ein richtig tolles Licht. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass für den Preis, ein solch toller Effekt kommt. Sobald der Fernseher angestellt wird, bekommt der USB Anschluss Strom und die LEDs leuchten. Es gibt kein Mangel, deswegen volle Punktzahl!
