ANTO 16100-Z0H-825 Carburetor for Honda GX25 GX25N GX25NT FG110 FG110K1 HHT25S 4 Cycle Engine

I bought this kit to do a rebuild on my Honda FG110 mini tiller which had stopped running. The kit comes with everything you need to perform a carburetor replacement. To perform the replacement, I removed the air filter cover and plastic housing (keep track of the nuts and choke bracket). Next I disconnected the fuel lines, slid the carburetor off the two bolts and removed the throttle cable from the old carburetor . The last step was to remove the old carb gasket and install the new one. The kit comes with new fuel lines, fuel filter and rubber gasket, so I pried out the old fuel tank plug with the fuel lines and filet and installed the new one.For installation I reversed the process. I reconnected the throttle link to the carb assembly, slid the carburetor onto the bolts, and reconnected the fuel lines. Next I reinstalled the air filter housing. Finally, I refilled the gas tank with fresh fuel, and with a few pumps of the primer bulb, the tiller fired right up. My tiller is running like new!

Got this for my 4 stroke Mantis Tiller. The carb itself was a great fit. Gasket works but has alot of extra hanging out the side. Spark plug fit but was about a half an inch longer than the original so the rubber reciever wasn't sitting flush with the housing like it was designed for. Just little details, all of it functioned though and got the job done. I'd say it was money well spent even considering the mismatches due to the price. Had I paid anymore I'd have been a bit more picky.

I bought aftermarket, yes. But now the throttle sticks when I squeeze it, requiring finagling to use it properly. I'll go down to Honda and the the one that's make for the job.

I have a Honda GX25 engine on a Mantis tiler. It had run poorly for a long time and I had to continue mess with the carb every time I used it. This kit was perfect. It restored the power to like-new and it starts first pull. Still need to remember to run it dry at the end of the season or be sure and use fuel stabilizer.Kit arrived in three days and was exactly as shown. Recommend highly.

Installed the Brand New Carb from the box with the new spark plug in it and it did not even fire up, removed the new one and reinstall the old carb and at least it fired and coughed, reinstall again the new one and nothing, I finally gave up because my arm felt like it's getting ready to fall off from cranking it.

Installation was simple, however, the fuel lines and grommet for the fuel tank were incorrect. They seemed more appropriate for a 2 stoke engine. I reused the existing lines and grommet, switched out the fuel filter, installed the carb and spark plug and it fired right up Adjusted the idle screw and this cultivator, which had not run in years, now runs smoothly.

First one arrived DOA. Replacement had broken parts. horrible quality. I've had to piece together the different parts plus buy about $30 worth from a local store
