Don't waste your money or time.
I cooked the 2 $50 a piece steaks you sent me and 2 $9.00 steaks from Walmart. The Walmart steaks were more tender and had better flavor. I will not waste my money again. No StARS

1 Star guy is completely wrong
I don't know what the other guy was talking about, but I have to assume he is the type of guy that orders a steak well done and dips it in ketchup, as I've never seen someone be more wrong about a product. These steaks were fantastic quality, and if you know how to cook steaks (I hope if you're buying this quality of a steak you have some knowledge) they are out of control good. Some kosher salt a bit of pepper and a butter/garlic/thyme basting cooked medium rare on cast iron and you're in for an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to get another pack because the dinner I just had was total bliss.

Father's Day Gift for Covid
I think just the nature of flash freezing anything you're going to lose out on freshness. I bought the ribeyes for my dad since he is older and very very high risk for covid 19. I don't even want to risk going to his house and giving it to him as an asymptomatic carrier because that is likely as death sentence for him. So I ordered these steaks and had them drop shipped to his house. Also his teeth aren't that great. He's in his late 70s. Long story short he complained about how much waste was on the steaks and how much it hurt his teeth to chew on them. Not sure if the steaks were the problem or his age and general health. They're pretty pricey and I don't think I would do it again. I don't think at such a high price this is really worth it for most people.

What marbling??
Wagyu is supposed to rival Kobe beef. I was stationed in Okinawa and several of us went to a Japanese steak house once a month. It was well worth the $20 back in 1974. When I got the Wagyu (not) NY Strip steaks, there was very little marbling. 1st disappointment. We cooked the steaks exactly according to the enclosed instructions to the prescribed temperature of 125. Let it rest for 5 minutes. First bite - no flavor. There was more beef flavor in a McD's hamburger than these steaks. The only part that had some good flavor was the top part right under the gristle layer. 2nd disappointment.Chewy - more like a cheaper cut of sirloin than a NY Strip. Have had much better steaks from our local supermarkets - and with lesser cuts. I'd take a chuck steak from our supermarket over these costing $170.I bought them to surprise my wife for out anniversary - total disappointment.

Don’y but these.
Eff you guys. The steaks were not even thick and this was a RIPOFF!!The prime rib-eyes at Costco are WAY better, and are about $20 a steak compared to $70!!There was nothing special about these, I’ve gotten ribeyes for $15 at Walmart that tasted better, punks!Wish I could give negative stars!

A FABULOUS BIRTHDAY GIFT
This was a special birthday surprise for my husband. He said it was the best steak he has ever had. We eat prime cuts at least a few times a year and this steak made ever other steak pale in comparison. Well worth every penny.

Better meat at Costco
Save yourself some money and get at your local butcher shop. The only thing special about these steaks were the price. I've tasted better meat from Costco.

Eat it before you knock the price!
Most supple and flavorful beef I've ever had in my life. Everyone needs to try at least once, but at my household this will be a staple at home family events! 👪
