Customer service was quick and responsive. The wires didn't really glow red when charging more of a flickering purple, however it's normal. The company sent a second full set (we only asked for replacement wires) and the LED glows like that. Works great, battery last quite a long time, customer service is great, works well with windows and connect instantly. The purple looks cooler than the red anyways.

I was getting so darn sick of getting AA batteries for my kids' x-box one! The silliest thing ive noticed about the xbox one is that they do not have built in rechargeable controllers like the PS4 does. Which causes lots of battery usage and batteries are expensive! These were really easy to install just like normal batteries. It comes with 2 extra black backs but i dont know why you would need a new back when the controllers already have their own so i just used our original backs (which are white) so they would match and it worked fine. I like that it comes with charging USB cables for each controller and you can even use them to play while they are charging! I think I may need to get some longer cables though as I dont like the kids sitting too close to the tv. Definitely worth the money.

They charge nicely, best way to have one battery charged by the time you waste the other is by having one be charged at a time by another controller (unused one is best), and so you switch between them so when run out of battery.Also I reccomend that you don't use the covering behind the controller for the battery, including the one that arrives with it. It's too tight and alot of times very much a nuisances to put on and out. Especially on the Series X controller, it took me a knife to take the thing out (the original back piece), and the battery piece that comes with it is too small for the newer controllers.Nonetheless a decently good battery. Just not that appealing.

These things work great. My only issue is that its a pretty tight fit on the newer model xb1 controllers. I had to force the back plate back onto my controller after installing the battery pack, and the replacement ones that come with the batteries didnt fit at all. Other than that, great deal on a great product.

The charge on the batteries (2) are terrible. You can charge it for 8 hours and in the first 10 minutes of using the controller it's down to 3/4 battery life. The charger cords (2) is nice since they have a LED light to tell you when they are fully charged. Comes with 2 battery covers which could be helpful if you break the tabs on it. I just wish it had more battery life and didn't take so long to charge.Update:The first batch of batteries were defective. The seller sent me a new pair of batteries and they are awesome. They charge quickly and last long. The company saw something wrong and made it right.

i loved how it came with a 2 cover set and 2 chargers and 2 batteries. the batteries dont last very long they kind of drain a little not alot., but they work enough for the main xbox controller batterie to charge . it work sometimes to re charge your battery im not sure if its the charging cord .. its awsome how when its red when its needs to be charged and blue when its done. are wire didnt last long they already stop working i have one left but its fixing to stop working it bearly a month a think. but the thing is the wires need be a liitle strong for the charge to last i guess. i guess their okay cause their 2 batteries the price is okay for what its worth it shouldnt be charged more.

I have a colored controller that isn't wirelessly rechargeable. This battery system works with the adapter system I have for wireless/contact charging station. I'm super pleased to be able to have this setup and keep the uniform controller color. Performance is great. Not sure about longevity since I just got it about a month ago, but no worries thus far and I've been binge gaming during this quarantine.

Update: I found out why it won’t charge. It melted. Is this normal? One battery will kit hold a charge. I try to charge it and as soon as I put it in controller it works for 3 seconds and does. Tried multiple controllers and both cables it came with. I have a defective anyway and would like another one. Also the cable that come with this do not work with the last eat model Xbox controller. My controller takes a USB-C. These are not that. I am not happy. I ordered the Microsoft battery from Best Buy. Once that gets here I won’t need these and I shouldn’t had to buy another product to replace a newly purchased one.

The charging cables broke on me twice, I got a replacement first time and now it looks like I'll need a replacement again. It won't stay in the controller charging g port anymore, the quality of these cables are flimsy. Also, the battery is a little oversized and my backplate snapped because of it.

Not worth the time or money. Fully charged battery maybe lasts an hour or two vs a few days on AAs. Was excited by the good reviews but was completely and utterly dissatisfied. If it were possible to give negative stars I would.
