Best brush head
I’ve been using an electric toothbrush for years and have tried many different brush heads, but this one is definitely a winner for me. It strikes the perfect balance—not too soft, but not too hard—so it cleans thoroughly without being harsh on my teeth or gums. After each use, my teeth feel incredibly clean and even look shinier. I also love that it reaches those tricky spots without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. If you're looking for a brush head that delivers a deep clean without causing sensitivity, this one is definitely worth trying!

Perfect size, and nothing to complain about.
To be honest, I cannot think of anything in particular I'd want or need in an improved version of this toothbrush head. I'm no dentist, so I cannot attest to its stomatological prowess...but I'm sure it does a better job than the default, smaller Oral-B Precision Brush Heads that came with my Oral-B Electric Toothbrush. This larger head seems to be the next step up, and in my opinion, it hits the sweet spot. For me, three things really matter (in no particular order): size, price, and life expectancy.I've seen many complain about the size being too large. Personally, I feel its size is very comparable to any normal sized toothbrush (not including travel or cheap freebie brushes). Vertically, the distance from the topmost to the bottommost bristle is exactly an inch. This is definitely a standard height. Furthermore, the width of the head never exceeds .5 inches. While it isn't difficult to find normal toothbrushes with slightly narrower heads, this is also by no means anything out of the ordinary. If anything, I'm surprised the default head that comes with most Vitality and other Oral-B Electric brands is the Precision Brush Head mentioned earlier, which (if I remember correctly) consisted of a tiny round patch of bristles. In terms of price, as usual, you cannot beat Amazon (with the Subscribe & Save). With an average price of a touch over 4 dollars per head, it sure beats the jaw-dropping prices at Walgreens and other pharmacies (a pack of three for $30?? No thanks). Still, something in me wants to say that toothbrush heads (especially when you've already dropped >25 dollars for the body) should be somewhere between 3 and 4 dollars, at most. Well, at least they're made in Germany. Now this is only my second round of replacements, but so far it seems the average lifespan is anywhere from 2.5 to 3 months (with total daily usage of ~5 minutes). Anymore than 3 months and you'll see noticeable fading in the bristles, and chances are the inside and other nooks/crevices will start to discolor (I've noticed a color between pink and red). The bristles are hard enough to really give you a smooth tooth finish after brushing for 2 minutes. All in all, best electric brush heads I've used to date, and they definitely do the job.

No more bleeding gums!
I originally bought the Oral-B Deep Sweep 1000 Electric Rechargeable Power Toothbrush and have since tried a number of brush heads, including the Dual Clean. This is one of the average-sized brush heads for the Oral B toothbrush, but can still feel quite large due to the moving parts at the base of the brush - children and those with a smaller mouth cavity may find it uncomfortably large in the beginning, but this is something you can easily get used to. The bottom part of the brush head moves side to side, the top rotates. In terms of cleaning power, I have not seen a noticeable difference between this and the Deep Sweep - (where both parts move side to side). Personally I prefer the Deep Sweep, which has a larger head, and a motion that most closely resembles a classic toothbrush. However, that's just personal preference, and they are both great for the job.Mechanically this is solid and reliable, I always replace brush heads for hygiene rather than wear and tear issues. The best part of using an Oral-B is not just the "clean" feeling, which is better than any manual toothbrush, it's the control over the pressure applied to your gums - I used to get small bleeds regularly after brushing teeth, and that has never happened to me with the Oral-B, in over 1 year of use.Wish they were a bit cheaper, but in the end this is by far the best toothbrush I have ever tried.

Great Clean, But Slightly Too Bulky!
I have to say, they do a fantastic job of keeping my teeth clean! The dual-action design really enhances the brushing experience, providing a thorough clean that leaves my mouth feeling fresh. I appreciate how well these brush heads reach those tricky spots between my teeth. One of the standout features is how gentle they are on my gums, which is important for me since I have sensitive gums. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my oral hygiene since switching to these replacement heads.

An Oral-B brush head for more coverage and `regular` teeth brushing experience
I have used for many years the small round brush heads with my Oral-B electric toothbrush, so when I saw that they now have `regular` brush heads I decided I needed to give them a try. While it took me a while to adjust to this larger brush head, I do feel I get a better clean with the `Dual Clean` version. Still, you won't get the `rotating` action of the other brush heads, so you need to decide what you like best. I get plaque very easily and this brush head helped keeping a good oral hygiene. I also have sensitive gums, but this brush head doesn't cause bleeding.I always change my Oral-B brush heads every 2 months, as this is the time after I notice the bristles become frail and discolored; I personally can't see how I could use them for 3 months with good results. Still, this `Dual Clean` version didn't looked as bad as other Oral-B brush heads after the 2 months.Although these brush heads work with my Oral-B Pro 1000, they are not a perfect fit.In the pictures I tried to showcase how frail and discolored the bristles get after 2 months of usage and how the head doesn't fit 100% (you can see it doesn't go all the way in). I don't mind either of these, these replacement brush heads work great for me.
