This band was very easy to unstall. I liked that it isn't vinyl/silicon/plastic but a woven manufactured fiber that could slide over skin. Just don't get the white one. It didn't stay clean long and became no longer wearable because of it. Choose a darker color. Wears nicely, satisfied customer.
