It was so good to see the insight to her music and where her messages and influences come from, what an amazing artist

I find M.I.A.'s music really interesting (its sound collages are pretty radical reminiscent of the 80s Australian band Severed Heads) and find her gorgeous. Like Bjork she seems to also have the knack of collaborating with top-notch electronic musicians. This is a fascinating documentary about her background and back-story in Sri-Lanka and London.

Always like MIA / Maya and her bad girl image, and that she has something to say through her music. This was a great documentary! Really interesting look at her life, really enjoyed it.
