Mini Menagerie: 20 Miniature Animals to Make in Polymer Clay

This is a well thought out and presented book for anyone interested in making clay animals.Photos are full colour and clear, with step by step instructions.I hoped it had a horse or donkey in but they tend to be more exotic (giraffes, parrots), which is the downside of not being able to go to bookshops and check in advance.The designs are mostly complex. They're arranged in order of difficulty, but even the easiest require some experience and a bit of skill. Children will probably need some help, especially with the versions that need to go in the oven multiple times as you add more limbs etc.Do make sure you only bake the clay in a well ventilated room.The book arrived too late for my project so I haven't used any of the designs yet but hopefully sometime soon.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.
