I recently purchased the KEKING Lymphedema Compression Arm Sleeve with Gauntlet for my mom, and overall, it’s been a solid addition to her routine. The compression level (20-30 mmHg) is exactly what she needed for managing swelling and providing support throughout my arm. The material feels durable and holds up well during daily wear without becoming too loose.One thing I appreciate is the inclusion of the gauntlet, which provides seamless support from the hand to the upper arm. The XXL size fits snugly without cutting off circulation, which was a concern for me initially. That said, it might take a little adjusting to find the perfect balance of comfort and compression.The sleeve has been especially helpful for pain relief from arthritis and managing swelling, though it can get a bit warm after extended periods of use. She said she wouldn’t call it breathable, but it’s still manageable.For the price point, this product is well worth it if you’re looking for reliable compression without spending a fortune. Just make sure to double-check your size before ordering to ensure it fits properly!

Used to compress arm for Lymphedema from Cancer treatment. Using just a sleeve caused fluids to pool in my hand. The gauntlet add on prevents that. Good tight fit. Breathes well. Don't like the surfaced are at the top of the sleeve. I just double it over. Stays in place and doesn't slide down the arm.

These are for lymphedema not what I expected. The upper band is to tight, cuts off circulation to the arm. Upper arm is just as big as biceps as lymphedema is not restricted to a certain place in the arm. I should send back.

This product works great when I work out. I had lymph nodes removed in my armpit. I recently started working out and I where my sleeve each time. I have not had any issues with swelling. I try to keep it on like 15 to 30 minutes after each workout. I purchased a 3x cause I have large biceps and it fits perfectly. I am 5'3 277pounds. Because my arm is short it bunches at the wrist a little, but that's cause I'm short. Overall good purchase at a great price.

Good material, however, upper band does not hold. Elsatic portion has minimal to no elasticity. The upper portion is more like a plain cuff than an elastic ring.

This black compression sleeve is high quality and fits me well (I have long arms). Highly recommended!
