Beware bad batches!
All the Sola granolas are great for keto. The double chocolate is my personal favorite but my parents new favorite is the blueberry cinnamon. Too bad can’t find this one I’m stores but at least can get on amazon. Marked off 2 stars because $7.99 a bag is pricey and the bag doesn’t last long...but only because it’s soooo tasty! If keto pour some heavy cream in the bowl (I promise) and enjoy!Update March 26: bought 3 bags excited for have my favorite granola again (double chocolate flavor) and was incredibly disappointed to realize it doesn’t even taste like chocolate. NO FLAVOR. I don’t understand because I can *see* the cocoa on it but I cannot *taste* the cocoa. Must be a bad bag…I bought 3 and they all have same expiration date so probably from the same assembly line. Missed the cutoff to return and now I’m stuck with them. Ended up special ordering them through a local grocer that was just $4.50 a bag and ACTUALLY TASTES THE WAY IT SHOULD.What the heck Amazon? Really? Get your act together

This is wonderful granola that I use in my yogurt. It is really taste good and is low carb. Little pricey but worth it

It is SO hard to find a granola that isn't PACKED with huge amounts of sugar. I saw this and decided to give it a try. It is good. Mild maple flavor I think. Lower sugar/carbs with a tiny bit more protein. Price for the size is adequate. Not great but doesn't cost an arm & a leg like some others.

Delicious, convenient option for low carbers!
Such a life saver when you're eating super low carb! I put this on full fat greek yogurt for a quick, filling breakfast. If you're new to sugar substitutes, you may notice the slight bitter/odd aftertaste, but this company did a great job making this taste pretty normal! Two things to keep in mind: 1) yes, it's expensive when compared to typical granola BUT once you consider the cost of the ingredients and convenience of this product, the price is fairly reasonable. 2) If you're eating keto (like I am when I eat this), you'll want to be careful with your portion. Using a small amount on yogurt or enjoying a small handful as a snack will help keep your carb counts low as well as help one bag last longer!

Best Keto Granola
This is my favorite Keto Granola. I find that most keto granola are mainly just chopped up nuts, but this one has mainly soy crisps in addition to nuts. It gives that nice granola crunch. No weird fake sugar taste. Watch out though, it is easy to eat too much. I mainly use it in my yogurt.
