For me and my wife it is being healthy and feeling good. I haven't used this product personally, I got it for my wife. She had continuous insomnia, despite a healthy diet and regular exercise. We steer clear from drugs, and were looking for a natural supplement. This product has helped my wife to get much better sleep. It also seems to help my daughter sleep for a longer period of time (1/2 capsule has increased her sleep from averages of about 7 to 8 hours, now up to about from 8 hours to nine hours).
