HPUSB-C Universal docking station,1MK33AA#ABB

I ordered a used HP USB-C Universal docking station from Just Laptops via Amazon in June 2022. The unit worked perfectly for my dual-head set-up until last week, although it always ran quite hot. Then it failed, right at the start of a Teams call. You know what they say.... well I do anyway.I called Just Laptops to see what could be done and although the device only had 3 months warrantee as it was preowned, they offered to replace it at no cost if I would pay the return shipping costs. No argument with that!I needed the replacement promptly so as I was leaving London on the A3, I drove over to Leatherhead, exchanged the Docking Station and away home to install it. Presto, back 'on air' again.So, I call that excellent service and I'd be happy to use them again.

I'm very pleased with this. Being somewhat techncially inept I was preparing myself for confusion. However, I just plugged in both monitors and hey presto it works as I'd hoped. Means I can alos leave my external hard drive permanently connected. I use two different laptops. The USB adapter is perfect as one has a USB-C.I can't get it to work with both screens on my mac, but that isn't an issue for me.

It can drive 2 4k monitors at 60hz. Great for home office requirements. Only arrived today but I can't see it having any problems.

This is the best docking station I’ve ever used. It is very easy to set up and has all the connection options on the back that I needed.
